1) Chop & Dice 3 large garlic cloves
2) Dice 2 large Jalapeno peppers
3) Cut 1 large white onion on 3/4" square chunks
4) Dice 1/4 cup cilantro
5) Take 1lb of tomillas, remove leaf. Cut into quarters, inspect for grubs (just in case)
6) Cut 1lb of roma tomatoes into quarters
7) Liquify Jalapeno, Cilantro, Tomilla, Tomato and garlic, adding 3/4 cup of Tapatio along the process.
-\- If using a slow cooker, Turn on, set to 'high'
8) Dump liquified ingredients into pot (or slow cooker)
9) Add 3 tablespoons of Chili and 3 tablespoons of Cumin to the pot, mix well
9A \-\- Add 1.5tbsp of Cayenne Pepper
10) Drain 30oz of red kidney beans, dump into pot
11) Add 8oz of Tomato Sauce (OPTIONAL)
12) Drain 30oz of black beans (leave a small amount of juice), dump into pot.
13) Add ~ 1lb of ground boca, 10 oz of soy chorizo sausages (whole), chopped onions to a frying pan.
\-\- Add some olive oil and cook until onions are slightly transparent.
14) Remove soy sausages when ready, cut into medium sized chunks.
\-\- Dump sausages, boca and onions into pot
15) Add 3 tsp of maple syrup to pot, to counteract vinegar in tabasco sauce
16) Cook for 1 - 2 hours
